LEGAL COMMITTEE
The Chairman of the Legal Committee is John H. Heyer, an attorney specializing in gas and oil related issues. Currently, there are no other members of this committee.
The Legal Committee reviews matters of general legal interest to the membership, and reports on pending litigation affecting the industry, changes in laws and regulations, and proposals to ammend statutes and rules.
