Join us this year for another joint conference with the Ontario Petroleum Institute. This will be IOGA's 28th Annual Meeting and OPI's 47th Annual Meeting.
EXHIBITORS
Exhibitor Registration Forms are now available. They will be mailed the week of August 18th, 2008 or you can print out a form from this page and mail it in with payment. We will have the form available for payment with credit card from our website starting the week of August 25th. To ensure your booth location preference please mail your form right away. We expect all booth space to go quickly and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

BOOTH DETAILS: IOGA of NY Booths are all ODD NUMBERS

Booths will be 8' x 8' and 8' x 10'
Members: $620.00 US Dollars
Non-Members: $670.00 US Dollars
Electrical: $72.00 US Dollars
Trade Show Open Hours: Tuesday, Nov. 11 - 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm; Wednesday, Nov. 12 - 8:30 am to 7:00 pm; Thursday, Nov. 13 - 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Each booth will include: one skirted 6' table, two chairs and back and side curtains. Electrical Power is NOT included in your fee but is available at an additional fee. Power at 120V, 15 amps will be $72.00 US per booth and must be specified on the form.
One (1) complimentary convention registration per booth is included in the price of your rental. All attendees, including all exhibitors working in the Trade Show area, must be registered to attend the conference.
The exhibit hall will be locked during the hours when the exhibits are closed but the responsibility for safeguarding your exhibit and its contents are yours. A secure storage area may be available.
Installation and Dismantling: Move-in - Any time after 1:00 pm on 11/11/08 until 5:30 pm;
Move-out - After 2:00 pm on 11/13/08, completed by 6:00 pm.
Don't forget that you will need either a passport -or- two forms of identification to re-enter the United States. (Photo ID / Drivers License and Birth Certificate with raised seal.)
