Those who operate, develop and produce 50 or fewer oil and/or natural gas wells, including producing gas utility companies and integrated oil companies.

Those who operate, develop and produce 301 or more oil and/or natural gas wells, including producing gas utility companies and integrated oil companies.

Those who purchase or act as agent for producers in the disposition of oil or gas production.

Those whose businesses are directly related, to the producing industries such as service and supply companies, truckers, sales representatives, purchasers of oil and gas, refiners and non-producing gas utility companies. Also includes accountants, attorneys, banks, consulting engineers, consulting geologists, geophysicists, landmen and surveyors.

Those small businesses with a maximum of two (2) full-time employees.

Those individuals with no company affiliation, employed by governmental agency, or landowners.

Oil and gas transmission companies and utilities.

Those who are employees of member companies listed in the Producer, Marketers, Allied Industry, Small Business or Pipeline & Utility category.
